The Tanner Hill - Eligibility

(1) Aged 60 or above on or before date of application submission; and
(2) (i) who is a permanent resident of the HKSAR; or (ii) whose HKID card bears the symbol "_***", "A" or "R"; or (iii) whose residency status in Hong Kong is equivalent to a person holding a HKID card bearing the symbol "_***", "A" or "R" as evidenced by a written confirmation issued by the Immigration Department of HKSAR.

Remarks:

The Tanner Hill is a non-subsidised housing project. There is not a cap for an applicant's asset value and no means test is applicable.
